Host your ceremony in one of four unique garden venues or in Hackley Gallery overlooking Catalyst and the historic Ball family homes along the historic Minnetrista Boulevard.
Cabin Lawn
This hidden gem is tucked away in the lush woods of Oakhurst Gardens, surrounded by greenery, a rustic cabin, and meandering pathways, making it easy to imagine you are far from busy city life.

Oakhurst Patio
Located in the heart of Oakhurst Gardens, this beautiful venue features a historic building and an ethereal sunken garden.

Wishing Well Garden
This open, grassy venue is surrounded by beautiful flower beds and foliage, and an iron-wishing well fountain creates the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony.

Rose Garden
Surrounded by colorful roses and a historic iron gazebo, this romantic venue is perfect for intimate ceremonies and evening cocktail hours.

Hackley Gallery
Overlooking the beautiful Catalyst sculpture, Hackley is the perfect vantage point for small sunset ceremonies. Guests must arrive after the museum closes to the public.

Cantina
The Cantina is located on the main floor of our museum and features near floor-to-ceiling windows for exquisite outdoor views. Dimmable lighting creates the perfect ambiance for small, casual receptions.

Formal Garden
The Formal Garden is a spacious lawn set in the middle of Oakhurst’s wooded gardens. This venue is bordered by a lighted wooden arbor, brick pathways, wildflower beds, hidden alcoves, and forest oaks. It is perfect for intimate garden receptions with less than 200 guests.

Greensward
With Minnetrista’s historic homes and the White River as a picturesque backdrop, this expansive lawn venue is located just steps from the museum and parking. This venue is large enough for tented weddings with up to 300 guests and still has plenty of room left for yard games or children’s activities.

Dressing Rooms
Both rooms are equipped with plenty of power outlets and large, shuttered windows to let in lots of natural light. These rooms are located across the hall from the restrooms and are available all day for your convenience.
Small Conference Room
The Small Conference Room is ideal for groomsmen or small bridal parties. It features a large wooden conference table and a beautiful view of the Rose Garden.
Large Conference Room
The Large Conference Room is ideal for larger bridal parties or those in need of a bit more space. This space can be set up according to your needs and overlooks the East Lawn.
