Flags of Honor Offers a Week of Reflection at Minnetrista September 4–11

Muncie, IN—Flags of Honor will be on display September 4–11, 2026, at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens. Join friends and family to view 1,000 American flags on Minnetrista’s Greensward along the White River Greenway.
Flags of Honor honors the service and sacrifice of local veterans, current service members, fallen heroes, and all who wish to express pride in our country. Presented with Exchange Club of Muncie, IN, this free community event offers a week of reflection and remembrance.
The tribute concludes on September 11 with a pre-ceremony concert by America’s Hometown Band at 6 p.m., followed by a closing ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
Community members may also participate by purchasing a ribbon sponsorship as a personal dedication to a loved one. Sponsored ribbons will be displayed among the flags during the event, serving as a lasting symbol of honor and gratitude.
