Become a Minnetrista Advocate: Make a Big Impact in Just Minutes
Do you love Minnetrista? Want to help more people discover its gardens, events, art, and history? Now’s your chance! The Minnetrista Advocate Program is here—and we’re inviting community members of all ages to join in.
Advocates are everyday champions who help share the beauty of nature, the richness of art, and the heritage of East Central Indiana. No special skills required—just a love for what Minnetrista brings to the community and a willingness to share that with others.
How It Works
When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome packet (including a free Minnetrista Advocate t-shirt!) and a short list of fun, easy tasks that take five minutes or less. Each quarter, you’ll choose a couple of actions that fit your schedule—like sharing a social media post, attending an event, or handing out flyers. Your first mission might be as simple as posting a photo of our gardens in bloom or inviting a friend to the Farmers Market. Small actions add up to a big difference!
Why It Matters
Advocates help Minnetrista grow—not just in numbers, but in community spirit. By spreading the word, you’re helping neighbors, friends, and visitors discover experiences that inspire creativity, learning, and connection. "When someone shares their own love for Minnetrista, it’s more powerful than any ad we could run,” says Megan Barry, Digital Communications Coordinator. “Our Advocates are the heartbeat of our outreach—every conversation matters.”
Perks of Joining
