Betty’s Cabin Activity: Playful Poetry

Free community event

Inspired by Betty Ball’s love of reading and poetry, this storytime is full of delightful verses from renowned children's poets, including Eric Carle, Shel Silverstein, and even Betty Ball. Readings will occur at the top of every hour, starting at 10 a.m. Children will be provided with supplies and instruction to make their own blackout poems, haikus, acrostics, and found word poems.
