Muncie, IN— Would you like to make a hearty meal that will be readily available for a future busy day? Preserve delicious, hearty beef stew to enjoy throughout the fall season with friends at Minnetrista’s canning workshop on August 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Beef stew has become a yummy comfort food to savor on a rainy day or to serve to family on a winter night.

“Warm your bones with beef stew!” said Ashley Lichtenbarger, Education manager at Minnetrista. “We’ll find out how to make this ultimate comfort food using the pressure canning method.”

Bring a friend and discover a classic recipe that will be a great addition to any dinner or potluck!

Spend an evening socializing while preparing this scrumptious stew at Minnetrista Canning Workshop: Beef Stew on August 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $25 per person. Member discounts apply. Register by August 18 to reserve your spot.
