Make the most of the holidays with Winter Fun activities at Minnetrista

Muncie, IN– Looking for something fun to do this winter break? Have a Minnetrista adventure with Winter Fun activities and programming!

Minnetrista is introducing a brand new family program this winter break. Parents and children are invited to visit Minnetrista each day this holiday season to discover fun family activities—from Ball jar creations, to games and crafts, to scavenger hunts. Families can get creative together with fun crafts, children’s art, holiday-inspired projects, and exhibit exploration.

“Minnetrista Winter Fun gives families something to do over the holidays and provides new ways to experience Minnetrista,” said Minnetrista Education Manager, Ashley Lichtenbarger. “There is a new way for kids and parents to learn and discover together each day.”

Minnetrista Winter Fun will take place December 23 through January 3, with daily activities beginning at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., excluding Christmas and New Year’s Day. Families can participate in daily activities and experience Minnetrista’s exhibit galleries for a general museum admission fee of $5. There is no charge for members and children age three and under. A complete list of daily programming can be found at Activities are geared toward families and children in preschool through fifth grade.
