Discover fascinating gems and hidden treasures within our community!

Muncie, IN— What do the world’s most-layered ball of paint, a nineteenth century-old sugar cream pie recipe, and the world’s most famous lasagna-loving fat cat have in common? They are all a part of what make East Central Indiana a great place to live, work, and visit!

You’re invited to be a part of Minnetrista’s newest exhibit—Weird & Wonderful: 25 Reasons to Love Our Community! In celebration of twenty-five years as a community gathering place, Minnetrista staff searched high and low for twenty-five interesting places and things that make our region a great place to call home. Uncover historical treasures and well-kept secrets chosen by our community and for our community—then visit each location yourself!

Weird & Wonderful: 25 Reasons to Love Our Community! is on exhibit at Minnetrista beginning October 25 through March 30, 2014. Exhibit hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Admission is $5. Members and children three and under are free. Don’t forget to pick up a Weird & Wonderful passport at Minnetrista—to keep track of each visited location and receive special offers.
