Muncie, IN– Ever wonder how to best preserve soups, chilies, and stews? Discover how to make and preserve a scrumptious beef chili to enjoy all year long at Canning Workshop: Beef Chili on September 17!

Preserving meat is easier than you think. Using a pressure canning method, create a delicious, flavorful chili to share with friends and family throughout the fall season. Explore the meat preservation process; discover helpful canning tips and techniques from Minnetrista experts; and try your hand at an exciting new recipe!

Make a scrumptious fall treat to use as topping for hot dogs, a spread for cornbread, or to enjoy alone as a richly seasoned chili dish.
