Jump, dance, and play together as you explore fitness and nutrition!

Muncie, IN– Discover fun and exciting ways to kick-start your family’s wellness at Family Fun Day at Minnetrista: Strong & Fit on April 13!

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation present an afternoon of healthy games and invigorating activities for parents and children alike. Scale a climbing wall; complete an obstacle course; decorate ‘Your Plate;’ and challenge your taste buds together!

My Plate: The Musical on-site live performances will captivate your child’s imagination and motivate your whole family to eat right and exercise during a day of wellness excitement. Visit the Eat Well, Play Well exhibit, filled with twenty-two interactive stations that provide fascinating truths about nutrition and fitness—open for exploration all day long! Test your balance, flexibility, and strength skills as you race, dance, jump, and interact as a family.

Family Fun Day at Minnetrista: Strong & Fit will be held on April 13, noon to 4 p.m. Cost is $5, members and children three and under are free.

Eat Well, Play Well is produced and toured by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. Made possible by a Science Education Partnership Award grant from the National Center for Research Resources, a component of the National Institutes of Health.
