History of Betty’s Doll House and Cabin

The original Betty’s Doll House was built around 1905. It stood where the current reproduction house is now until around 1980, when Betty donated it to the Ball Memorial Hospital Charity Auction. Unfortunately, the original house was destroyed in a storm. The current doll house is a fairly exact reproduction.

Betty’s Cabin originated as a purchase from a man in Brown County. Betty
had it reconstructed near her childhood home. In the late 1960s to early 1970s, the cabin was deconstructed. The current cabin is based on this design.
