The dumplings have been known to get people to roll out of bed early to get to Farmers Market. So what makes the dumplings so special? They are made fresh "with love and laughter," says Jill.

      Russell Sheep Company - Diane and Paul Russell Products: Lamb Products (meat- legs, chops, brats, gyros, etc.) When Diane and Paul Russell married, she brought the sheep, and he brought the farm. Now, thirty years later, the couple has joined the list of more than 40 vendors who make up Farmers Market at Minnetrista. Customers who visit the Russells on any given Saturday are guaranteed nothing less than fresh meat. "The young lamb we sell is better than what is available at grocery stores, where they often sell imported, older, less desirable meat," says Diane.

      Feola Farms - Yvonne Feola Products: Meat (lamb, beef, eggs) & Vegetables (lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, etc.) Five years ago, Yvonne Feola was contemplating an abundant harvest of homegrown produce. She wasn't going to be able to eat or use it all for her family, so she decided to try her luck selling her produce at Farmers Market at Minnetrista. Since then, her natural product line-up has grown to include meats and vegetables of all kinds. If you visit her booth, she can promise all guests one thing—that she doesn't, and won't, use pesticides on her produce or use antibiotics or hormones in her meat.

They may be new to us, but they are pros in the cattle industry. Kyle is a food animal veterinarian, and the couple strives to develop a quality, lean final product.
