| Like other Farmers Market vendors, Yvonne enjoys the "friendly atmosphere—where people come to shop and to fellowship," and she encourages the public to try Minnetrista when grocery shopping. "It is fresher produce. It's healthier and better for you than a lot of things you can buy in regular stores," she says. Looking at Yvonne's booth, you'll see her produce stacked in crates. She puts her lettuce in bowls of water instead of bags like many other vendors, and she displays her eggs of all colors with pride. You may notice some dirt on her vegetables, but rest assured, that's her intent. Yvonne wants to show customers how fresh the produce really is. What's the reason for the unique approach to her display? "I want to make the produce look pretty."
